With over 35 years of experience protecting well-known brands across a wide range of industries—including music, film, fashion, technology, publishing, and digital marketing—I understand what it takes to successfully register a brand that is memorable, protectable, and legally enforceable in today’s global online marketplace. I have litigated numerous cases where clients failed to take the critical steps necessary to secure and sustain a valuable brand.
